What to include

Describe what happened and the help you need. If your question concerns a Tag or report, include its in-app identifier when available. Do not email passwords, one-time codes, or private video files.

Safety reports

Use the in-app Report and Block controls when you can. A block stops unresolved play between the pair without a game penalty. The pilot aims to triage safety reports within 24 hours and act within 72 hours on a best-effort basis.

Urgent help

GymTag support is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact 911 or the appropriate local emergency service first.

GymTag is operated personally by Kahlil Padgham in the United States. The same monitored address serves general support, privacy, and safety during the pilot.
